Please note, this is also slightly out of date. The most relevant thing is the Exchange objects. There is now an Exchange OU under UserAndGroups and then the standard Admin/Research split, then units. The change was made to make the area simpler to use by splitting the Exchange objects up into areas specific to a support person, so they can see and find their own objects.
