Android – IllinoisNet Wireless 4.1.1 Jelly Bean

Go To: Settings > Wi-Fi > Tap “IllinoisNet”

Configure as follows:

EAP method: PEAP
Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPV2
CA certificate: (unspecified)
User certificate: (unspecified)

Identity: Your NetID
Anonymous identity: Leave blank
Password: Your AD password This is very important! Your NetID password will not work!

From there hit “Connect” and it should take only a few seconds to connect.

Tested on a Google Nexus 7 tablet
