This configuration works for Android Nougat.

Tested working on:

• Nexus 6P, Android N Preview April release NPC91K
• Moto X 2014 (victara), CyanogenMod 14.1 nightly (Android version 7.1.1)
• Pixel, Stock Android N (7.1.1, build NOF27B)

Step-by-step guide

Go to Settings → Wi-Fi, tap IllinoisNet.

Configure the network as follows:

1. EAP method: PEAP
2. Phase 2 authentication: MSCHAPv2
3. CA Certificate: Use system certificates
4. Domain: illinois.edu
5. Identity: your netID
6. Anonymous Identity: leave blank
7. Password: Your netID / active directory password
