Web Based Training
- trying to find a vendor to provide training for things like Office and Adobe
- A contract is not finalized yet
- Working to roll this out on all 3 campuses

Identity Management Project

- working to put together teams
- 1 person = 1 identity = all your access
- 2-4 year project starting in Jan 2012

Business Process improvement

- Kelly Block is leading this
- running cohorts of 20 through training
- 60 people have gone through
- more training to come for anyone
Box.net pilot
- going through Internet2
- we are an early adopter group, gives us some advantages
- in pilot stage, looking for folks to test
- basically dropbox but with better security
- exact quotas have not been decided
- will probably replace netfiles
